Your First Visit
We look forward to meeting you on your first visit to our office. During this time, we will take diagnostic records, which are necessary for developing the appropriate treatment plan. The records include X-rays, photos of your face and teeth, and impressions for study models. These diagnostic records help Dr. Clemente to develop your custom treatment plan, and also help us track the progress of your treatment.
Consultation
After Dr. Clemente evaluates your records; we explain all aspects of your treatment in detail, including the cost.
Regular Appointments
After your appliances are placed (braces, expanders, etc.), we'll see you every 4 to 8 weeks for an adjustment. This appointment typically takes 20 to 40 minutes.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6 pm. We see patients by appointment only, and make every effort to stay on schedule. Please extend this same courtesy to us by arriving on time. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Please only cancel if you have an emergency.
Payment & Office Policies
Cost
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! The cost of your treatment depends upon the severity of your condition. We discuss all fees prior to treatment.
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. We can set-up an in-house payment plan. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
